issue with bookshare unpack utility

Hello.

I'm having the following error come up each time I attempt to unpack a book from bookshare using the unpack tool. I've tried reinstalling and reparing the
instalation, with no success. I've even tried this on multiple books, and each time I get the following error.

"Bookshare.org Book Unpack
Error: unable to open the selected file (error zo)."
Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be here?

put in the proper password? reformat? honestly my guess is something is messing up on your orrigional install. clear the registry and stuff and atempt to install it again? run a virus scan on the program itself from with in program files. hth

no, simply reinstall the utility. I've had the same issue before... Well my braille teacher did.

I had this problem with games from bg games. it was something in the virus program.

I had a problem with bookshare unpack where it said I was entering the wrong password. Weird thing was, it was the right one
